As a way to tout their $1.5 billion investment for clean air controls, Dominion Power placed an ad in the Forbes November 2006 issue bragging how they are "fighting dirty" for a cleaner environment.
It cleverly hints at their competitors like Duke Energy who are in a nasty court battle with Environmental Defense over clean air controls. Dominion Power believes it will cost less in the long run to cooperate with the EPA clean air rules rather than fight them.
Have a great weekend!
