        <Description>&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Am I the only environmental engineer annoyed that the Sarbanes-Oxley crowd usurped our acronym?&amp;nbsp; SOX are sulfur dioxides.&amp;nbsp; They've been sulfur dioxides for decades.&amp;nbsp; A &lt;strong&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&amp;lr=&amp;oi=defmore&amp;defl=en&amp;q=define:SOx"&gt;&lt;u&gt;Google search&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; on SOX is pretty clear.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;Don't get me wrong - I have no problem with the Sarbanes-Oxley act although some claim it's rather burdensome.&amp;nbsp; I'm mad at the SEC and the bean counters of the world because they can't find their own acronym.&amp;nbsp; Doesn't it tell you something about how they think of the environment or should I say don't think about the environment?&amp;nbsp; Didn't they know that SOX belongs to us environmental folks?&amp;nbsp; No!&amp;nbsp; That's my point.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;font face="verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2"&gt;by&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Doug Hatler, CHMM&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;a href="mailto:DHatler@enviance.com"&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;font face="verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif" color="#330099" size="2"&gt;DHatler@enviance.com&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</Description>
