Interest revives worldwide in nuclear energy

Greenhouse gas emissions, energy dependency, and costs are pushing Nuclear Energy to the front burner.

With the ever-growing concern of greenhouse gas emissions affecting climate change (not to mention <a title="Yahoo News article on Nuclear Power" href="http://www.terradaily.com/reports/Interest_Revives_Worldwide_In_Nuclear_Energy.html" target="_blank">energy dependency and rising costs</a>), the idea of using alternative energy is sexier than ever.  But what are the alternatives to fossil fuels?  As solar and wind power are still embryonic in their application to real-world demand, the only other viable source is nuclear.  And that’s not much of a choice.
